Description
Raiders Week: Silver, Black and a Second Line
The Raiders come to the Dome for a 3:25 kickoff, which is the best kind of Saints Sunday: there’s a whole second line before it. Young Men Olympian steps off in Central City at 1. Motorvate picks you up at 11:30, drops you at the start of the parade, shadows the route with cold drinks in the car, and pulls you out at 2:45 for the ride to the Superdome.
Monique is your chauffeur. You walk into the Dome with an hour to spare and no parking receipt. When the game ends, text her from your seat: the Expedition is at the corner before the crowd is.
